Power plant grid

The steel coal scuttle of the power plant has an oblique length of 10m, an upper mouth diameter of 6m, a lower mouth diameter of 1.8m, and a mass of 33 tons, totaling 3. A 2mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate lining is added to the inner wall of the steel coal scuttle to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the entire steel coal scuttle. For the firmness of the connection between the steel coal hopper and the stainless steel lining and the smoothness of the stainless steel plane after the connection, the design puts forward higher requirements for the construction.

The construction plan is selected by the Electric Power Design Institute. It is proposed that the upper and lower mouths of the steel coal scuttle are flanged with stainless steel plates, and the lower mouth is welded to the steel coal scuttle, and directly bonded with A/B structural glue; stainless steel bolts are used for connection; the back of the steel coal scuttle is drilled. On the basis of construction schemes such as plug welding method, a process of using Swiss XN130A/B fast-curing strong structural adhesive, bonding 15%, and then drilling a 10mm hole in the outer wall of the steel coal scuttle, was then plug-welded.

However, the construction scheme also has the following shortcomings: due to the large volume of the steel coal scuttle, rolling is quite difficult, and it occupies a large space, and the outer wall of the steel coal scuttle is arc-shaped, so drilling is also quite difficult. For this reason, the author proposed a new process of drilling holes in stainless steel plates and then welding them directly with the inner wall plug of the steel coal scuttle. This process not only guarantees the welding strength between the ordinary steel plate and the stainless steel plate, but also ensures that the stainless steel plate does not produce large deformation after welding, and solves the difficulty in the construction of the steel coal scuttle lined with the stainless steel plate.
