1. Decomposition of design drawings

A complete bolted ball joint grid design drawing should include design instructions, grid plan, grid upper and lower chords and web bar layout, support and support details, member material table, bolt ball material table, bolts, Sleeve, jacking wire material table, sealing plate, cone head material table, detailed drawing of bolt ball processing (additional if there are other requirements, such as hanging parts, ventilation room, etc.). 3. Grid support design

Bolt ball grid support is generally Q235 steel, while the bolt ball is 45 steel. Due to the large difference in material between the two, the support installation on the construction site generally adopts the form of bolt connection, and the support bolts generally use M20 ordinary bolts. . The support processing and installation methods can be divided into two. 4. Matters needing attention in rod processing
