One. Installation process of steel grid
1. Check the line and elevation of the grid support axis before installation. The grid axis and elevation position must meet the design requirements and relevant standards.
2. Check the strength of the concrete at the top of the column before installation. The concrete at the top of the column must meet the design requirements and the current national standards before installation.
3. When using the high-altitude sliding method, check the sliding track pulleys, and the sliding horizontal slope should meet the requirements of the construction design.
4. When using strip or block installation and workbench sliding method, the ground workbench and sliding equipment should be inspected, and a trial sliding test should be carried out.
5. When using overall hoisting or partial hoisting, the lifting equipment should be inspected, and the lifting speed, lifting point, high-altitude closing and adjustment should be tested, and it must meet the requirements of the construction organization design.
6. When the high-altitude bulk method is used, red scaffolding should be erected, and the positions and elevations of the fulcrums should be laid out. When the bolt ball high-altitude bulk method is adopted, the temporary fulcrum should be designed and arranged, and the location and quantity of the temporary fulcrum should be confirmed by checking calculation.
7. The temporary fulcrum for high-altitude bulk loading should be jack, so that the temporary fulcrum can gradually adjust the height of the grid. When the temporary support is removed after the installation, it can be lowered synchronously between the fulcrums and unloaded in sections.
Second, the installation method of steel grid
1. High-altitude bulk method: It is suitable for various types of grids connecting nodes with bai bolts, and a cantilever construction method with fewer supports should be adopted;
2. Splitting or splitting installation method: suitable for grids with small changes in stiffness and stress conditions after splitting, such as two-way orthogonal quadrangular pyramids, positive evacuated quadrangular pyramids and other grids; splitting or splitting The size should be determined according to the lifting capacity;
3. High-altitude sliding method: It is suitable for the grids such as the quadrangular pyramid, the quadrangular pyramid is evacuated and the two-way orthogonal quadrangular pyramid is placed. When sliding, the sliding unit should be guaranteed to become a geometrically invariant system;
4. Integral hoisting method: suitable for various types of grids, which can be translated or rotated at high altitude when hoisting;
5. Overall lifting method: suitable for surrounding support and multi-point support grids, and can be constructed with small machines such as board lifts and hydraulic jacks;
6. Overall jacking method: suitable for multi-point support grid with fewer fulcrums;
7. When using hoisting or hoisting and jacking installation methods, the following factors should be considered in the selection of the position and number of the hoisting points:
(1) It should be close to the force condition when the grid structure is in use;
(2) The maximum reaction force of the lifting point should not be greater than the load capacity of the lifting equipment;
(3) The load of each lifting equipment should be close.
