Structural Calculation and Analysis of Grid Processing Engineering Design
In the design of grid processing engineering, structural calculation and analysis are the key to ensuring the safety, stability, and economic rationality of the grid, and run through the entire process of the project.
Load calculation
Load calculation is the foundation of structural design, which is divided into dead load and live load. The dead load covers the self weight of the grid and the weight of the roof material, and should be accurately calculated based on the material specifications and quantities. Stability calculation
Stability calculation is related to the safety of the grid structure and can be divided into overall and local stability calculations. The overall stability calculation prevents the overall instability of the grid structure, and the finite element method is commonly used to consider geometric and material nonlinearity. Local stability calculation focuses on members and nodes, ensuring their stability by controlling the aspect ratio of members and optimizing node construction.
Deformation calculation
Deformation calculation is mainly used to calculate the deflection of the grid structure, ensuring that it is within the allowable range and avoiding any impact on use and safety. Compare the calculated deflection with the allowable value in the specifications, and adjust the size or structural form of the members if it does not meet the requirements.
