 2. Features:
 
(1) The portal frame structure has a long service life, lower maintenance costs than other structural forms, beautiful appearance and style, which can meet the requirements of various processes, and the amount of on-site welding is small, most of which are bolted connections, which are conducive to recycling. Conducive to the control of construction quality, it is particularly widely used in factory buildings and is unanimously favored by many owners!
 
(2) The tube truss structure has a long service life, but it must meet the standard drawing approval requirements. It is generally suitable for buildings with extra large spans, such as stadiums, swimming pools, and auditoriums. Compared with the portal frame, because the span of the general factory building is about 20 meters, the portal frame is more suitable for plant construction in terms of cost. Although the cost of the tube truss and the portal frame is not much different, the cost of the tube truss The construction period is long, the amount of on-site welding is large, and the processing cost is high. Therefore, it is generally not recommended to use pipe trusses. For the construction of gymnasiums and swimming pools with a span of more than 30 meters, gate-type structures are generally not used. Because of the high amount of steel used, grid frames are recommended.
 
(3) Frame structure, mainly used in multi-storey buildings, where the floor load is too large, and industrial and civil buildings with complex functions. (4) Angle steel roof truss: Due to the immaturity of steel structure technology, most of the old-fashioned workshops are used. With the continuous development of steel structure technology and the continuous improvement of process requirements, the portal structure replaces the angle steel roof truss. Angle steel roof trusses generally use a high amount of steel, have a small utilization space, are easy to deform, and pose safety hazards, and they are basically not used now.
