1. Project Overview

1. Structural form: The roof structure of the clinker warehouse is a quadrangular cone bolted spherical joint grid frame

2. Node form: bolt ball

3, the projection area is approximately: 2900m2

4. The total installation height has reached 43m, and the maximum span is 60.5m.

5. Support form: multi-point support at the peripheral lower chord

6. Base material thickness of aluminum-zinc-plated roofing color steel plate: 0.6mm, double-sided aluminum-zinc-plated color steel plate, the total weight of the coating is not less than 210g/m, and the color is purple-red.

2. Processing technology

(1) Rod → Rod blanking number → inspection → group welding → inspection → welding → inspection → pre-painting treatment → inspection → painting → number → storage → shipment;

(2) Support → lower support plate material → inspection → hole making → inspection → assembly welding of support body and transition plate → inspection → welding → inspection → support ball assembly → inspection → pre-painting treatment → inspection → Painting→number→inspection→warehouse→shipment;

三. Grid derusting and coating process

The location of this project is a mountainous area, where there is a lot of rain all year round, so the humidity is high. In addition, the plant is a cement plant with heavier corrosive gases in the air and high anti-corrosion requirements for steel components. According to the design requirements, this project uses sandblasting to remove rust, and the rust removal level reaches Sa2.5. The primer uses two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and the top coat uses two coats of polyurethane paint.
