This project is the grid structure of the stands of the Shijiazhuang Main Stadium. The building area is 19,100 square meters and the number of seats in the stands is 22,000. This stand canopy roof structure has a maximum axis distance of 188 meters from north to south, and a maximum axis distance of 217.8 meters from east to west. The horizontal projection area of the roof is 12,732 square meters. The roof shape is an elliptical continuous cylindrical reticulated shell cantilevered structure, divided into two parts, north and south. There is an expansion joint in each of the two pieces, the maximum cantilever span is 29.993 meters, and the reticulated shell is supported by double rows of independent columns. The middle part of the stand is a concrete column and the two ends are steel columns.The project quality inspection standard:
1) Before installation of the grid, according to the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" GB50205-2001, the quality of pipe and ball processing shall be checked and accepted for finished parts, and the parts exceeding the allowable deviation shall be processed.
(2) The grid structure is connected with high-strength bolts. Check the factory certificate, whether the torque coefficient or tightening axial force (pre-tension) inspection report is complete, and re-inspect the tightening axial force or torque coefficient as required.
(3) Before installation of the grid structure, check the types, specifications and performance of welding materials. All indicators should meet the current national standards and design requirements. Check the quality qualification documents, inspection reports and Chinese signs of welding materials. The welding materials used in important steel structures shall be sampled for re-inspection.
(4) The main construction material is the material selection of fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding as the assembly bracket.
