1. No painting work can be done on the engineering rainy weather components.
2. During construction in rainy weather, temporary shelters should be set up, and rainwater should not fall on the hot welds. If the welded parts are wet, wipe them with a dry cloth and bake them with an oxyacetylene flame before welding to keep the joints dry , There is no residual moisture.
3. Because the air is relatively humid in rainy days, the welding rod should be stored in moisture-proof and baked. The repeated baking of the same welding rod should not exceed twice, and the management personnel should make a baking record in time.
4. In case of windy weather during construction, the columns, main beams, supports and other large components should be corrected immediately, and the positions should be fixed immediately after correcting the position to prevent unilateral instability. The components installed on the same day should form a stable space system.
5. Roof insulation construction cannot be carried out on rainy days and strong winds above level 5.
6. When the steel truss project is hoisted in rainy weather, if there is water on the components, they should be cleaned before installation, but the coating should not be damaged. When the high-strength bolt joints are installed, the friction surface of the components should be clean, free of water droplets, and no rain And contact with dirt, oil and other dirt.
